Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all items shipped through the platform comply with local laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials and prohibited goods.
Payments and fees
ShipPack charges fees for services based on dynamic pricing structures and applicable service charges.
Important financial obligations
Prices may vary based on service type, location, real-time demand, and availability
Additional charges (such as customs, tolls, or service surcharges) may apply to your final bill
All payments must be successfully completed before or during service usage as required by the specific service module
Cancellations and modifications
Users may cancel or modify requests depending on the specific service status and phase of fulfillment.
Changes to orders or routes may be restricted once a service is "in transit" or "in progress"
Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the request and the type of vehicle or resource allocated
ShipPack reserves the right to manage or deny cancellations when a significant resource commitment has already been executed
