We collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and account login details when you register for a ShipPack account.
Transaction information
We collect details about the services you request, including shipment dimensions, ride history, store order items, and payment transaction details (excluding full credit card numbers, which are processed by our PCI-compliant partners).
Location data
To facilitate our logistics services, we collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device. This includes pickup and delivery coordinates, as well as real-time tracking data for active shipments or rides.
Device and usage data
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, device type, operating system, browser version, activity logs, and crash reports.

To facilitate and process your shipments, rides, orders, and vehicle rentals effectively.

You can manage your notification settings and opt out of marketing communications through your account settings. Service-related alerts (like delivery updates) are mandatory.

ShipPack operates primarily across North America. Your information may be processed in different regions where we or our cloud providers operate.
